Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga, Vinyasa Flow
Hatha Yoga - Encourage proper breathing, flexibility, Strength and vitality in the body whilst calming the mind. The practice includes traditional breathing techniques (pranayama) Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar), basic traditional postures (asanas) and importantly deep relaxation. The gentle sequences will encourage you to hold the postures and breathe deeply in to the exercise. Not forgetting the all important Relaxing meditation section at the end, Namaste x
Vinyasa Flow - Vinyasa is movement through breath as you inhale and exhale. A slightly more challenging Yoga practice incorporating flow sequences back to back & a short rest in between the sequences.
Power Yoga - A dynamic Yoga workout combining strength and core bodyweight training again linking your movements to the inhale and exhale breath. It is a powerful class and fast pace incorporating all the yoga postures in a flowing sequence repeatedly. Get ready to feel challenged and strengthen and tone your body whilst improving your balance, flexibility and focus
PILATES
Mat Based Pilates - Build your core strength and lean muscle tone with an emphasis on lengthening the body and aligning the spine to improve overall posture and flexibility. This class will teach you the original classic foundation exercises of Pilates. The classes offer progression for each posture and various options to suit your own level, but only at your own pace. Flow sequences can be implemented in between the postures to link them together and create a faster pace should you wish. These classes are tailored to build core strength, strengthen, increase flexibility and improve posture all without putting pressure on the joints. This workout will tone your entire body!
INDOOR CYCLING
Each Cycling class brings movement and music together, for a fun and energetic cardio cycling workout to tone, strengthen and help improve cardiovascular fitness and endurance. Classes are varied to focus on; Performance, (Tabatta Intervals (HIIT) Endurance to build Stamina & strength and Riding to the beat (Get ready to Dance on your bikes!). ZUMBA
A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of endorphins each time you leave class.

TRX
TRX which stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise, is revolutionary workout method that uses your body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability. Total resistance exercise - or TRX as it's more commonly known - is a workout with a difference. Forget heavy weights or high intensity reps, this simple piece of equipment puts you against your own body weight.
PUMP SCULPT & STRETCH
Total body strength training using a barbell and free weights. The music will keep the heart pumping and adrenaline rushing and the repetition will give you the results. Everyone should strength train at least once a week! Your strength will build week on week through increased weight and or repetition. An all important Yoga style stretch is thrown in at the end of the class to stretch out all the major muscle groups worked
POWER HOUR
