Hi! I’m Hannah and am a qualified L3 PT and group fitness instructor. I have studied and worked in the health industry for just over 7 years - ranging from teaching exercise classes to supporting healthy lifestyles and behaviour change. My main aim is for people of all ages and abilities to enjoy being active. The impact it has on both body and mind in the long and short term is second to none!

Hi, I am very pleased to greet you! In this space I would like to give you a little insight about myself. I have grown into playing sports since I was a child. However, all my life I have been passionate about dancing, which has for me a different meaning. Here I can connect and move with music submerging myself into the realm of enjoyment, sensuality, sexuality as well as meeting with my inner child free from any obstacles and limits.
